Hello Parents!

My name is Hannah Taussig, and I am thrilled to begin my third year as the school nurse at Bernard Zell!

Beginning next week, you may receive emails from me regarding updating or completing the required documents in the BE WELL Health Portal. A reminder that all health and medical forms (including immunization records) were due August 3. If they haven't been completed yet, please do so ASAP. If you are having issues with the BE WELL Health Portal, please email bznurse@bernardzell.org.

If your child(ren) has daily prescription medication and/or emergency medication (Albuterol and EpiPens) please drop them off with me on Friday, August 28 in the Health Office (room 320) during Classroom Preview Day. All medication must be in the original prescription bottles with the student's name, medication information, and expiration date. If you are unable to drop off medication that day, please bring it to my office (room 320) during the first week of school.

**Please add my office phone number, (773) 572-1277, to your phone before the first day of school. The phone number may show up as “Spam” if I am attempting to call you, and I want to avoid parents missing phone calls from me.**
