CONFERENCE SCHEDULE & REGISTRATION

Spring Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, March 23 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, March 24 from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Registration will open at 10:00 a.m. on March 1, you will receive an email with the link and registration instructions that morning. 

We will be offering a Conference Camp on March 24 for Early Childhood and Lower School students. Additional information and registration details will be included in the March 1 email. Below is an overview of the schedule and formats by division. If you have any questions, please contact your Division Head(s). 

EARLY CHILDHOOD

Parents or guardians of Nursery students will have the opportunity to meet with their child’s general studies teachers for 20 minutes.

Parents or guardians of Junior and Senior Kindergarten students will have the opportunity to meet with their child’s general studies teachers for 20 minutes and their Jewish Studies and Hebrew teacher for 10 minutes.

LOWER SCHOOL

Parents or guardians of Lower School students will have the opportunity to meet with their general studies teacher for 20 minutes, their Jewish Studies and Hebrew teacher for 10 minutes, and their Visual Arts, Music, Physical Education and Science teachers for 5 minutes each.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Parents or guardians of Middle School students will meet with their child’s advisor and their child, for a 30-minute student-advisor-led conference. Students are required to attend with their parents or guardians. Please know that 20 minutes of this conference will be student-led, and the following 10 minutes will allow for conversation between the advisor and parents.
