All Middle School parents are cordially invited to attend the 13th annual Bernard Zell Athletics Banquet, honoring our student-athletes, teams and coaches. This year's banquet will take place on Thursday, June 1 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in Blum Community Hall.

Below, you will find a link to RSVP for the banquet. Please be sure to "submit" once you have filled out the form. We kindly ask that this form be finalized by Tuesday, May 30 at 12:00 p.m. (only one RSVP per family is needed). Please reply whether you can attend or not.

A few things to remember about the banquet:

• Dinner will be provided - buffet style, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The event will conclude at 8:00 p.m.

• Student-athletes and parents only. No siblings please. Families are asked to sit together. We should avoid having tables full of student-athletes. 

• Please help your child dress appropriately for this event. Dresses or skirts, or slacks and a dress shirt with tie or jacket is the requested attire.

• Please allow 8th grade families to sit at the front row of tables closest to the stage. Tables will be marked.
