All Lower School parents are invited to Bernard Zell on Monday, March 27 at 5:00 p.m. for Israeli Dancing and Fun!
Looking ahead to Yom HaAtzmaut, Israel's Independence Day in April, we're reminded of the joy and importance of Israeli dancing, which has always been a part of the Israeli ethos. What better way to celebrate 75 years of independence than with Israeli dancing? Leading up to the event, students in Lower School will be learning new Israeli dances from Shinshinim. Showcasing what they've learned, the students will then become your teachers by showing you the moves!
We will begin with a short presentation about Israeli dancing in the past and present, then we'll move into learning some old and new dances with you. No experience is necessary, just the will to learn some new moves!
