On Sunday, March 7, fourteen Bernard Zell families joined the Ark for an interactive, educational Zoom presentation where they learned all the wonderful ways the Ark supports people in need throughout the Chicagoland community. The students on the Zoom then brainstormed ways to promote the forthcoming Bernard Zell Passover Food Drive to benefit the Ark and drew pictures, made signs and sent emails to their classmates.

The following week during drop-off, those on Sunday's Zoom call saw their promotional efforts pay off when Bernard Zell families brought in approximately 500 Passover food items which were then donated to the Ark.

The food drive was an enormous success thanks to the PTC's Yad B'Yad Committee, the Ark and our entire community who showed an incredible spirit of generosity.
