Our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders wrapped up a jump rope unit in PE just before Passover Break. Throughout the unit, many students participated in “Jump Rope Ninja,” where they earned different “belts” by jumping a certain number of times consecutively.

We concluded the unit with our exciting Kids Heart Challenge — Jump 4 Heart event! Over 100 students and teachers gathered on the Field of Dreams, taking turns jumping rope for a full hour.

In the weeks leading up to the event, our 2nd–4th grade students also raised money for the American Heart Association and had the opportunity to complete “Finn’s Mission,” which teaches students how to keep their hearts healthy and happy. This year, our students raised over $15,000 — an incredible achievement!
