BZ Annual Book Swap February 10-12

BZ Annual Book Swap February 10-12
  • Academics
Rena Citrin, Library Director

There’s no better way to combat the winter doldrums than with a good book. Our Annual Book Swap will take place from Monday, February 10 - Wednesday, February 12 in Blum. Students are encouraged to bring in gently used books to swap for “new-to-you” books. Book collection will take place in classrooms on February 5, 6 & 7. No adult books, please!

Students will receive one Book Buck for each book they bring in to swap. Please note that softcover and board books will cost one Book Buck to purchase, while hardcovers will cost two Book Bucks. The price difference is intentional so that we have books left over to donate to charity. This year, our remaining books will go to Bernie’s Book Bank.

Book Bucks will be distributed to children in their classrooms on Monday, February 10.

There will also be a hand-me-down bin for gently worn BZ apparel. You can declutter your closet and share your BZ gear with younger students.

Book Swap Hours:

Monday, February 10 | 3:30 - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, February 11 | 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 - 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, February 12 | 7:30 - 8:00 a.m.

Teachers may also bring students to the swap at their discretion.

If you wish to volunteer, please click here to sign up.

Please reach out to Rena Citrin with any questions.
