Paul Warshauer, Class of 1968

Fifteen alumni from the Class of 1968 met for a weekend of reminiscences, fellowship, and prayer from November 15 -17, 2019. Many had not seen each other for over 50 years. Starting with a call between Paul Warshauer and Annette Glassman Siebert, the reunion took shape over a six month period with calls and emails around the country. Several chair people helped set up the event including Robbi Gold, Randi Schwartzbach, and Bob Fink. Of the 20 or so classmates, 15 attended the events including a Friday night dinner downtown at the Union League Club, Saturday services at Anshe Emet, an Oneg in the Community Hall, and an informal cocktail party at Brandos on Saturday night. Paul Warshauer had an Aliyah in honor of the class and the class took a tour of the new school and parts of the old school after Shabbat services. Some former students traveled from Massachusetts, Florida and Minnesota; Others still live in the Chicagoland area.
