BZ Beyond After Care is available every full day of school. The hours of BZ Beyond: After Care are:
Monday - Thursday: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 2:45 - 4:00 p.m.
After care is available following an Enrichment Class for the remaining 45 minutes of BZ Beyond. If you need this option, please add the "after class care" option to your cart during registration.
Snacks
A daily snack will be provided for all students in BZ Beyond: After Care as well as BZ Beyond: Enrichment. All snacks will be provided by the school. Snacks will be in line with Bernard Zell kosher food policies and snacks will be free of nuts and other allergens that affect BZ Beyond students.
Materials
Unless otherwise stated, all materials will be provided by BZ Beyond and the contracted vendors. Musical Instruments will not be provided by BZ beyond.
Pickup Policy
All students must be picked up from BZ Beyond: After Care by 5:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Parents are asked to check-in at the front entrance, where security or staff will locate your child(ren) to sign out. Since BZ Beyond encompasses many parts of campus, pick-up location will vary, depending on when you arrive.
All BZ Beyond: Enrichment students must be picked up by 4:50 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 4:00 p.m. on Friday. BZ Beyond: Enrichment dismissal will take place at the front entrance of the school building.
Refund Policy
For enrichment classes, dropping a class is allowed up to the second week of a class with a full refund for unattended classes. Transfers to other class offerings may be available, please reach out to the Auxiliary Program Manager with any questions.
No refunds will be given for classes and programs attended by the student.
BZ Beyond Sessions
BZ beyond is broken into three terms throughout the school year:
Back to school session (aftercare only): August 28 - September 1
