Students taking enrichment classes must be picked up by 4:45 p.m. Monday - Thursday (unless they are registered in Extended Care) and 4:00pm on Friday. Dismissal for enrichment classes will take place in Makom Rina.
All students registered for BZ Beyond: Daily Program or Extended Care must be picked up by 5:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Since BZ Beyond: Daily Program encompasses many parts of campus, pick-up location will vary. Check in with security if you are unsure where to locate your child(ren).
All BZ Beyond programs offer a 10-minute grace period for pick-up. After this time, a convenience fee will be applied.
Refund Policy
For enrichment classes, dropping a class is allowed prior to the second week of a class with a full refund for unattended classes. Transfers to other class offerings may be available, please email bzbeyond@bernardzell.org
No refunds will be given for classes and programs attended by the student.
BZ Beyond: Daily Program
BZ Beyond: Daily Program is available every full day of school. The hours of BZ Beyond are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 2:45 - 4:00 p.m.
BZ Beyond is available following an Enrichment Class for the remaining 45 minutes of BZ Beyond. If you need this option, please add "extension" to your cart during registration.
BZ Beyond: Daily Program Drop-in
BZ Beyond is available as a drop-in program for Nursery through Fourth Grade students. Drop-in cost is $35 per day per student Monday - Thursday and $25 per day per student on Friday. Email bzbeyond@bernardzell.org by 3:00 p.m. any day to add your student as a drop-in.
Monday - Thursday: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 2:45 - 4:00 p.m.
Snacks
A daily snack will be provided for all students in BZ Beyond: Daily Program as well as BZ Beyond: Enrichment. All snacks will be provided by the school and will be in line with Bernard Zell Kosher food and nut policies.
Materials
Unless otherwise stated, all materials will be provided by BZ Beyond and the contracted vendors and are included in the cost of the class.
BZ Beyond Sessions
BZ beyond is broken into three terms throughout the school year:
Fall Session: September 2, 2025 - November 21, 2025
Winter Session: December 1, 2025 - March 13, 2026
Spring Session: March 16, 2026 - June 9, 2026
