BZ Beyond is Bernard Zell's After-School Program that offers daily care, enrichment classes, and day-off camps designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection beyond the school day.

Daily Program
(Nursery - 5th Grade) 

  • Supervised after-school program for students in Nursery through 5th Grade.
  • Students enjoy games, creative activities, outdoor play, and recreation time in a fun, welcoming environment led by our BZ Beyond staff.
  • The program runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30–4:45 p.m. and Fridays from 2:45–4:00 p.m. Extended Care is available Monday through Thursday from 4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

2026-27 BZ Beyond:
Enrichment Classes
(NURSERY - 8th Grade)

  • Specialty after-school classes that run for approximately 10–13 weeks (depending on the session).
  • Students can choose from a wide variety of engaging classes led by Bernard Zell faculty and experienced outside instructors.
  • Classes begin immediately following dismissal, run for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and include a daily snack. Extended Care is available Monday through Thursday from 4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
