Bernard Zell Legacy Society: Turning Learning Into Legacy

At Bernard Zell, we encourage our students to harness the power inside of them. We're now asking our community to harness their power to ensure that Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School continues to flourish as a foundation of the Jewish community for generations to come.
By becoming a member of the Bernard Zell Legacy Society, you will provide critical support to our Endowment Fund. This fund aims to both enhance the academic experience for today's students and to ensure our school's values into the future.

A Vision Worth Preserving

Educating over 450 students each year, we are an integral resource in Chicago's Jewish community.  A Bernard Zell education ensures that children develop a strong Jewish identity, excel academically with the best possible teachers and educational resources, and discover their true character by exploring their interests and talents. As a result, our students enter the world with the confidence to lead, the understanding to do so with compassion and the initiative to help make the world a better place.
Bernard Zell Legacy Society members ensure that these core objectives, which are at the very essence of Bernard Zell, will continue to thrive for future generations.
Making a pledge to the Endowment Fund will demonstrate your powerful commitment to Bernard Zell. A legacy gift is a planned future gift that is deferred or made outright to the Bernard Zell Endowment Fund. Your legacy gift will enable Bernard Zell to achieve long-term stability and sustainability for its students, faculty and the greater community, and will give you a permanent place in the Legacy Society.
Become a member of the Legacy Society by pledging your continued support to the mission of Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School.
Bernard Zell is a recent participant of JUF’s Create a Jewish Legacy program, designed to train and support Chicago’s Jewish day schools, agencies and synagogues in the area of legacy giving.
