The PTC is pleased to offer families challah to be delivered each Friday school is in session, right to your child's classroom for them to bring home.

Funds raised from ordering challah support the PTC BIG (Be Innovative Grant) program which allows faculty to apply for a grant to bring innovative, creative programs and curriculum into the classroom.

You may choose:

• Regular or chocolate chip challah delivered weekly.

  • Please note that due to October school closures for the Jewish holidays this year, weekly challah orders will only be delivered October 11. If you would like challah every week in October, please choose Holiday Challah in addition to this option.

• Holidays Challah. Two round challahs for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret/Simchat Torah.

  • Delivery dates: 10/2, 10/11, 10/16 & 10/23.

• Special Chocolate Chip Challahdays. Delivered 8 times this year on the first Friday that school is in session each month.

  • Delivery dates:  9/6, 11/1, 12/6, 2/7, 3/7, 4/4, 5/2, & 6/6.

• Shabbat Treats (cookies, brownies, etc.). Delivered 8 times this year on the last Friday that school in session each month.

  • Delivery dates:  9/27, 11/22, 12/20, 1/31, 2/28, 3/28, 4/25 & 5/30.

• Donate My Challah to The Self Help Home (a Jewish retirement community nearby school)

• NEW THIS YEAR - Gluten Free Challah Rolls provided by Gluten Free Queen. Delivered 8 times this year on the last Friday school is in session each month.

  • Delivery dates:  9/27, 11/22, 12/20, 1/31, 2/28, 3/28, 4/25 & 5/30. 

If your child is absent please make arrangements with your child's teacher or the PTC Challah Committee to receive your challah. Any remaining challah will be donated.
