Shabbat Shel Shalom,
Honoring Bernard Zell’s ShinShinim

Friday, June 4 at 11:45 a.m.

Bernard Zell has been blessed with the presence of four ShinShinim on campus this year. These young Israeli ambassadors have enhanced classroom learning and brought an incredible ruach to our community. While we’re sad to say goodbye to their positive spirit and love for our students, we’re excited to join together for a Shabbat of Peace allowing us to celebrate their accomplishments while offering prayers for sustained peace in Israel. We ask that your child dress in blue and white on this day to help celebrate Israel.

MONDAY, JUNE 7 at 8:00 p.m.

Bernard Zell alumni, parents of alumni and parents of current students are invited to join in a conversation with Rebecca Russo, executive director of the Campus Climate Initiative at Hillel International. Rebecca will discuss the challenges college students face on campus today and ways they can feel comfortable expressing their identity and values free of harassment, hostility or marginalization.
