Please join us for learning and conversation with Rabbi Ariel Burger, PhD, a lifelong student of Professor Wiesel, and his Teaching Fellow for five years. Rabbi Burger is the author of Witness: Lessons from Elie Wiesel's Classroom, winner of the 2018 National Jewish Book Award. He is this year's scholar-in-residence at Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School and is directly consulting with the Class of 2020. He will be joined by Dr. Jeff Ellison, who is leading this year's interdisciplinary learning project. 

While it is not necessary, having read Night by Elie Wiesel will enhance your appreciation of Dr. Burger's lecture.
