Issue 4: October 12 Bernard Zell Students Celebrate Shabbat with Ruach!
Bernard Zell is not a place just to send your child to school. It's a place to transform them--and you. It's a warm, inclusive community that welcomes families to become engaged partners in the lifelong education of children and community.
Thus, we are so gratified to again welcome head tables to our weekly Likrat Shabbat. Being a member of a Shabbat table is a defining aspect of the Bernard Zell experience for our students and as the circle of community becomes larger they can share this special moment with their families. Parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles are just some of the family members that have built new memories at our Shabbat head table. The sense of ruach (spirit) is always evident throughout Likrat Shabbat every Friday.
