Dear Families,
On behalf of the Admissions team I want to thank you for your interest in Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School.
I am lucky to work at Bernard Zell and be a parent here too. I am excited to share with you the magic that is this school, and can’t wait to get to know you and your family. The best way to understand what makes Bernard Zell unique is to see us in action during a virtual or in-person tour. You’ll learn firsthand how Jewish life and study infuses our classrooms and activities and you’ll hear directly from students and alumni how Bernard Zell has enriched their lives. This year, we will be offering virtual tours and socially-distanced opportunities to see the school when classes are not in session.

Meet Rebecca Bloom, Assistant Director of Admissions & Marketing
Dear Families,
I'm so happy you are interested in a Bernard Zell education! I know first-hand the value of a Jewish day school education—my own experience at Saul Mirowitz Jewish Community School in St. Louis introduced me to joyful Jewish learning and inspired me to take on leadership roles in high school and at Indiana University, where I was an advertising and Jewish studies major and a singer in Hooshir Jewish Acapella. During college, I also sang and danced with Singing Hoosiers and worked for IU’s office of admissions. I've spent the past 13 summers at OSRUI, where I was incredibly impressed with how Bernard Zell students stood apart from their peers with leadership and kindness.
I can't wait to meet you and your children! I would be more than happy to answer any questions you have about the admissions process!
