stewardship activities. The candidate will assume responsibility for day-to-day coordination and operational management of
the capital and endowment campaign. The candidate is an organized, focused and detail-oriented individual that will
complete the high-level, behind-the-scenes-tasks associated with the planning and implementation of campaigns. A
successful candidate has the confidence to be proactive in assuming responsibilities that will relieve both professional and
lay leadership to focus on the donor constituency. This individual must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with particular
comfort respectfully interacting with major donors, board and other lay leaders, and senior staff.
