Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Bernard Zell


Even as we celebrate our ability to continue to learn in person and on campus during this pandemic, we continue to focus on other, incredibly important institutional goals. Chief among these is continuing our work in the important area of diversity, equity, and inclusion. II consider this a strategic priority that is consistent with, and supportive of, our community’s Jewish values, especially this year's theme of Achrayut, taking a full and enthusiastic responsibility for each other’s well-being. In partnership with our faculty, staff and lay leadership, I am pleased to share these long-term goals in five crucial areas of institutional practice, and invite you to get involved in any of the three areas outlined below.
