70 Years of Amazing. One inspiring year.
From the very beginning, the school was extraordinary. Rabbi Solomon Goldman founded Anshe
Emet Day School in 1946 with a goal of making Judaism more relevant to the modern world. It
was the first Jewish community day school not affiliated with the Orthodox movement, and one
dedicated to the best instruction in both Jewish and general studies. For 70 years, it continually
evolved to become the Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School of today, where students learn
compassion, creativity and Jewish values alongside academics, technology and critical thinking.
